M ª Ángeles López Mengíbar is a researcher in the Food Science and Technology area currently hired under research credits at CEA Olivar and promoter of the project. He has extensive experience in the revaluation of food and agri-food by-products, in the characterization of polymers and bioactive compounds through spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques, as well as in the development and analysis of technological and biological properties of different functional ingredients for use in food.
